Junior Customer Support Agent – Night shift (5pm - 1am) Our client, a Galway based Health Technology Company, seeks to hire multiple Customer Support Representatives.
This is a permanent role reporting to the Customer Service Manager. This role could also suit a new graduate coming from a Business Course who is looking to kick start their career in a multinational environment with ample opportunity to learn and grow. There will be an initial training period with 9 – 5pm hours before moving to an evening shift model after training.
This role will be Monday to Friday. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues/complaints which customers might have regarding the company's products, including but not limited to complaints, queries, refunds, etc.Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.Completing documentation to in-house standards and being compliant with all in-house procedures.Working in a safe manner at all times.Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.REQUIREMENTS: Fluency in spoken and written English.Strong communication skills.Excellent telephone and customer service skills.If you are interested in this position, please hit the 'Apply Now' button or email ****** for more information.
