Key Responsibilities: Assisting the Head of Acquisitions and Planning in the acquisition, planning, monitoring, and asset management of developments including the following:

Land Acquisition Support: Assist in researching potential land acquisition opportunities. Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis for prospective development sites. Support the preparation of offers and negotiation of land purchase agreements. Planning and Conditions Assistance: Assist in preparing planning applications and supporting documentation. Prepare and monitor planning budgets. Assist in procuring Design Teams. Consult with local authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals. Understand existing Planning Consents and negotiate with the Local Authority for detailed planning consents for their projects. Liaise and negotiate with third parties including utility providers, Local Authority, AHB's, stakeholder groups, resident/community groups, etc. as necessary. Discharge planning conditions. Manage payment of contributions and bonds in a timely manner. Project Coordination: Support the project management team in coordinating development activities. Assist in tracking project timelines, budgets, and milestones. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure project progress. Work with the project management team to prepare the project for construction. Manage relationships with neighboring external stakeholders. Financial Analysis: Assist in conducting financial analysis for development projects, including cost estimation and budgeting. Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of development-related documentation, including contracts, permits, and approvals. Organize and manage project files and documentation in accordance with company policies. Maintain meeting records and ensure circulation to all relevant parties. Research and Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
