What will I be doing?
*Assist the Group EHS Manager in achieving Suir's Critical Success Factor 1.
'To ensure we are fully compliant in all Health, Safety & Workplace Legislation'.
*Become familiar with the site induction process and delivery of same.
*Shadow the Senior EHS Advisor until trained and competent to take on EHS responsibilities.
*Become familiar with the Flex system and how to apply the various functions effectively to your project.
*Assist the Senior EHS Advisor with the SOR process and ensure it is effective on site.
*Train as a Working at Height Instructor and assist with the inspections of ladders, harnesses, lanyards etc.
*Become familiar with Suir's Integrated Management System and how to effectively implement the IMS on sites.
*Assist the Senior EHS Advisor with incident investigation and management.
*Assist the Senior EHS Advisor with the coordination and administration of all EHS process and procedures.
*Become familiar with and promote the 'Suir Way' and its interfaces with EHS.
*Conduct a weekly EHS Audit of the site under the guidance of the Senior EHS Advisor Is this role for me?
*You must have a Minimum of a Level 7 Degree in EHS.
*Good communication skills and good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
*Ability to fit into a team structure.
