The Role We are looking for highly motivated Junior Finance Analyst to join our finance team in our Dublin office.
In this role, you will assist the Finance & Credit Manager in developing and streamlining processes, optimizing the use of technology, and ensuring timely collection and billing procedures for B2B2C key customers, and collections for B2B customers.
Key Responsibilities: Billing and Collections: Assist managing the complete billing and collections process for B2B2C, and collections for B2B customers ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers to resolve payment delays or discrepancies.
Liaise with internal teams (sales, billing, customer service, etc.)
to address and resolve any payment or billing issues.
Process Optimization: Assist the Finance & Credit Manager in developing automated systems to streamline billing and collections processes for B2B2C.
Utilise advanced Excel (Power Pivot) and data analytics tools to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to existing workflows.
Data Analysis: Support the finance team with financial data analysis and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and identifying trends in billing and collections performance.
Requirements Qualifications: Must Have · Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
· Strong proficiency in Excel, including Power Pivot.
· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Nice to Have · Basic coding knowledge (e.g., SQL) for automating processes is a plus.
· 1-2 years of experience in a finance or data analytics role is a bonus.
