This position is based in our new state of the art Head Office in Maynooth - an open plan office, with wonderful collaborative working areas, subsidised canteen, EV charging points, free parking and is easily accessible by car or public transport.
Key Responsibilities and Duties Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose, and solve hardware/software faults and escalate to the Head of IT when necessary Management of the Glenveagh Active Directory infrastructure and Office 365 application suite Install and configure applications and hardware when required, design and develop solutions to automate the delivery of these services and solutions to Glenveagh Build, develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, diagrams and written instructions for the various systems and services deployed Monitor and maintain various systems, printers, mobile devices, and networks across all the various Glenveagh sites Support the setup and delivery of the IT services on new sites as required.
