Job DescriptionOur Client is a leading engineering consultancy, offering engineering design and project management services on large scale projects.Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1-2 years Building Services Consultancy Design experience and will be a competent in the design and specification of mechanical building services in a variety of industry and project types, sizes and complexity.For this role, we are looking for a hands-on and focused engineering consultant who can uphold our clients approach to quality-driven success.If you can use initiative, and have the aforementioned qualities, you can pave your way for a successful career with our client.Job RequirementsMinimum Degree qualification in Mechanical Design EngineeringProficient user of the following:Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.
)Autodesk Applications (AutoCAD/Design Review)Mechanical Building Services Design and BIM experience a strong advantageCompetent in the design and specification of electrical building services in a variety of industry and project types, sizes, and complexity.Experience and involvement in detailed designs through the full design cycle.Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.Minimum of 1-2 years of Mechanical Building Services Consultancy Design experience.Commercial sector knowledge/experience a strong advantage.Knowledge of MEP, including HVAC and Public Health services design and communal plant heating systems advantageous.Knowledge and experience in the following Mechanical design areas: Water Services, Natural Gas, Heating /LTHW, HVAC, Fuel, above-ground drainage and BMS.Understanding of specific building services design tools, such as IES.Understanding of specific building services design tools, such as IES.Project management, problem-solving, presentation, communication, and IT skills are essential.Package€32k to €35k Salary negotiable depending on experience.Flexible working policies.Career advancement & Professional development.
