Junior Npi Engineer

Junior New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer / Dundalk / Up to €45,000 Do you have experience in managing the process of bringing new products from the initial RFQ (Request for Quotation) stage through to full production?

This is a full-time position, standard day shift, Monday to Friday.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of [X] years of experience in NPI or a similar role within the Medical Device or Aerospace industry.
Strong knowledge of precision machining processes and components.
Proficiency in Epicor ERP software.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to Medical Devices and Aerospace.
Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
Experience with CAD software and engineering design tools.
Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification.
