Junior Parts Advisor

Location : Bolands Mercedes-Benz, Wexford Job Type : Full-time Key Responsibilities As a Junior Parts Advisor, your duties will include: Assisting customers in identifying and sourcing the correct Mercedes-Benz parts and accessories.
Providing accurate information on parts availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Collaborating with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Maintaining and managing the parts inventory, including stock ordering, receiving, and storage.
Placing special orders for parts that are not in stock and ensuring a quick turnaround.
Promoting and upselling Mercedes-Benz genuine parts and accessories to customers.
Keeping accurate records of all parts transactions using dealership management software.
