Junior Project Manager (Client Side) A Junior Project Manager is needed for a government project involving the development of a cutting-edge hospital in Galway City.
The chosen candidate will primarily oversee the client-side management, handling all phases of the project from pre-construction through to completion.
Role: Serve as the clients representative, overseeing stakeholder communication.
Lead project planning and ensure schedules are adhered to.
Manage the budget and control project expenses.
Ensure quality standards and compliance with regulations.
Identify and address potential project risks.
Requirements: Possess a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying accredited by the relevant Professional Institute.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant, satisfactory experience is required in areas such as planning, design, project management, building construction, or the installation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and heating systems in such buildings.
Over 7 years of experience working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor, Design Consultancy, or Leading Developer.
Chartered status is preferred but not mandatory.
