Job Title: Junior Project Manager Location: Arklow, Co. Wicklow.
Company: Modulise Overview: We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our valuable client team in the Construction Industry to assist their Managing Director in various projects.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in mechanical or structural engineering, either from a university or site experience, to learn and grow within their organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude and a willingness to collaborate closely with senior management to ensure project success.

Responsibilities: Work closely with the Managing Director to assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.
Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making processes.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, proposals, and presentations.
Actively participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in project management and engineering principles.
Requirements: Mechanical or structural engineering background (either onsite or university), or equivalent experience in a related field.
Previous experience in site engineering or construction project management is advantageous, with a minimum of 2 years preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to take initiative and demonstrate a proactive attitude towards tasks and challenges.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
