Onnec are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our strategic technology team, working on large data centre projects.
This role is ideal for an individual with strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering successful projects.
As a Junior Project Manager, you will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
Onnec are looking for an ambitious Junior Project Manager to join its growing Data Centre Solutions department.
The Junior Project Manager will be client facing and be responsible for overall project delivery to a key hyperscale client.
In addition to ensuring project delivery on time, budget, and specification the Project Manager will be expected to engage on strategic business initiatives and tenders.
What you'll be doing as our Junior Project Manager: Assist in planning, organizing, and managing project activities from inception to completion.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, task lists, and status reports.Monitor project progress and track key deliverables to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.Identify potential risks and issues, escalating them to senior project managers as necessary.Facilitate communication between team members to promote collaboration and resolve conflicts.Support resource allocation and budget management activities.Lead smaller sized projects and coordinate directly with client.What we're looking for in our Junior Project Manager: Experience working in a similar role within the construction industry.Experience working in a data centre environment would be an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially a good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
