Junior Property Solicitor

Junior Property Solicitor (Very experienced residential property legal executive would also be considered) Dublin 4 Firm Our client is looking for a new hire, either a very experienced residential property legal executive or a newly qualified / 1 to 2 years PQE solicitor with general practice experience, particularly in commercial and residential property.

Responsibilities: Drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial agreements, ensuring that the client's strategy and objectives are maintained while minimising legal and regulatory risk; Drafting and negotiating commercial leases for both landlords and tenants; Advising clients in relation to the acquisition, financing and disposal of properties; Property development transactions; Commercial real estate aspects of corporate transactions. The successful candidate should have the ability to work on their own initiative but also as part of a team.
