They are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

The Role: As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you'll assist in managing the financial aspects of construction projects.
You'll gain hands-on experience and work closely with senior colleagues on exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities: * Assist with estimating costs, preparing budgets, and managing finances for projects.
* Help produce tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
* Support the procurement process, including liaising with subcontractors.
* Monitor and report on project costs, variations, and progress.
* Work with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Assist with final account preparation and project close-outs.
What We're Looking For: * A degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related subject.
* Some experience in construction (including internships or placements) is helpful but not essential.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
* A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ambition to grow.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with surveying software is a plus.
