Key Responsibilities As an R&D Engineer, you will:
Design, develop, and provide technical input to R&D projects following ISO13485 and FDA 21 CFR 820 regulations. Lead packaging development and testing for new and existing products. Develop, document, and validate test methods and train relevant teams. Support manufacturing processes using DFSS and DFM principles. Analyse and summarise test data, presenting findings to project leaders. Apply Six Sigma and other problem-solving techniques to improve product design. Collaborate with the QA department to develop test, verification, and validation procedures. Manage documentation, protocols, and reporting for R&D tasks, keeping stakeholders informed. Essential Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Biomedical, or a related scientific discipline. At least 1 year of experience as an R&D Engineer in the medical device industry.
