About the Role:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Junior Safety Advisor to join a leading construction contractor working on a project in South Dublin.
This is a fantastic role for a motivated individual looking to develop their career in construction health and safety within a supportive and professional environment.
The successful candidate will assist the site team in implementing and maintaining the highest safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Site Manager and Safety Officer in promoting a culture of safety on-site.Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the company's health and safety policies.Conduct site safety inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including risk assessments and method statements.Deliver toolbox talks and provide guidance to site personnel on safety best practices.Report and follow up on any safety incidents or near misses.Requirements: Qualification in Health & Safety or a related field (Diploma or Degree preferred).1-2 years of experience in a construction safety role (preferred but not essential).Knowledge of Irish health and safety regulations.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic site environment.What's on Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work on a high-profile project with a reputable contractor.Training and development opportunities to enhance your career in health and safety.To register your interest, please apply online or contact Lukciya at ICDS Group.
