N.B This is a hybrid role with 2 - 3 days in our Dublin office We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our social team as a Junior Social Creative Executive. In this role, you will work with our social media team to assist in the creation and execution of engaging images and video to use across various social media platforms and websites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about social media, design, and storytelling to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The Junior Social Creative Executive will work very closely with our creative specialists and our social media team. They will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience, improve their skills, and grow within the organization.
Responsibilities: Asset Creation: Collaborate with the social media team to develop and produce creative and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including but not limited to graphics, videos, GIFs, and other multimedia assets. Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, industry developments, and emerging platforms to help identify new creative opportunities. Research and Planning: Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, and industry best practices to contribute ideas and insights during creative planning sessions. Asset Management: Organize and maintain the digital library of creative assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for the social media team. Requirements: Education: A bachelor's degree in design, or a related field is preferred but not essential. Creative Skills: Demonstrated creativity and interest in graphic design, video editing, and other multimedia production tools such as Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or equivalent. Social Media Knowledge: An understanding and interest in major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). Passion for Digital Trends: A keen interest in staying up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing strategies. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, take direction, and contribute creative ideas. Time Management: Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
