Marketing - Head Office, Dunboyne, Co.Meath, A86W820 The Junior Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing all social media platforms for the company, creating and curating content, and driving engagement with our online community.
This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team to enhance the company's online presence.
Responsibilities:         Social Media Management: Manage daily operations across all company social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
        Content Creation: Develop engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform's audience.
        Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster a positive online community.
        Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools to ensure consistent presence across all platforms.
        Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on key social media metrics, such as engagement rates, followers, and reach, to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
        Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and adapt strategies to align with industry changes.
        Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
Skills Required:         Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
        Creativity: Strong creative skills for generating ideas and creating visually appealing content.
        Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
        Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media platforms, content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and social media management software (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
        Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret social media data and translate it into actionable insights.
