Role Description This full-time Junior Solicitor role is based in the HOMS Assist Limerick office.
As a Junior Solicitor, the ideal candidate will be responsible for Personal Injury cases, predominantly handling a range of legal cases, supporting clients, and representing them in court.
Your day-to-day work will involve managing cases, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, and ensuring that all legal procedures are followed.

Responsibilities: Conducting legal research to support ongoing personal injury cases.
Assisting senior solicitors in case preparation, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
Interviewing clients, witnesses, and medical experts to gather relevant information.
Reviewing medical records and other pertinent documents to assess the merits of potential cases.
Attending court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations as required.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
Collaborating with internal teams and external experts to strengthen case strategies.
Qualifications Be a Qualified Solicitor in Ireland.
Previous experience or keen interest in personal injury law.
Experience in Medical Negligence is an advantage.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
An ability and willingness to develop relationships with client contacts.
Excellent drafting skills, with a particular focus on attention to detail.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to manage and prioritise tasks and to consistently meet deadlines.
