Role & Responsibilities Report to Head Chef and General Manager Willingness to work as a team player when preparing dishes and coordinating meal service Organisational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and kitchen Ensure HACCP system is being adhered to Comply with Company Policy regarding Fire, Health & Safety, Hygiene, Food Hygiene and Customer Care Ensuring all kitchen staff adhere to set standards, procedures, department rules and sanitation requirements The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you may be required to carry out additional tasks as and when required by management.
Requirements Must have fluent English Must have valid working visa Minimum 3 years experience in similar role Have recognised qualification and experience of managing and implementing a HACCP system; Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills; Possess drive and enthusiasm to achieve excellence.
