Then we have great opportunity for an ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join this global firm in the heart of Dublin City.
* The Junior Sous Chef will be supporting the onsite Head Chef with the day to day running of the employee dining kitchen working within a team of 4 chefs and 2 KPs.
The Junior Sous Chef will be supporting the team with the production of some of the best staff dining and retail offers in Ireland.
Producing outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients in this highly prestigious unit.
This is an excellent role for an ambitious Junior Sous Chef to show off and utilise skills of bold flavours, seasonal menu creation and presentation.
