Requirements: Have a natural ability to build and develop relationships.
Possess excellent communication skills & be fluent in English.
Based in Dublin/willing to relocate.
Have the ability to overcome objection and maintain a positive outlook.
Skills/Experience Third level degree is beneficial.
2 years experience in relevant roles (sales, retail management, luxury retail, Store manager, , customer retention, brand manager) Experience dealing with targets, KPIs and deadlines.
Possess competitiveness and resilience, coupled with genuine motivation for success.
Salary / Benefits Basic Salary depending on experience + uncapped commission Year 1 total earnings EUR 43K Year 2 OTEEUR 65K Company-paid ski trip.
