Principal Duties and Responsibilities Servisource, part of the Cpl Group, are now seeking to recruit an Accountant to join our existing Accounts & Payroll Team to support and work alongside the Finance Lead.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
Duties of the role will include but not limited to: Preparing consolidated monthly accounts including supporting analysis and reports for review with Management TeamMonthly intercompany reconciliationResponsible for the preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations for all Group related companiesPreparation and posting of month end journalsPreparing reports for commercial and operations teams as required to support decision makingEnsure all month-end deadlines are strictly adhered toSupport the Finance Lead on company related finance projects and help standardise and automate company processes through identifying process issues and improvement opportunitiesOther ad hoc duties as required by the finance departmentRequirements Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a busy practice/industry environment as a Part Qualified Accountant or Trainee Accountant, in pursuance of the professional accounting qualificationsUK payroll, taxation experience desirableExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in the English languageExcellent organisational, planning, attention to detail and time management skillsAnalytical thinker with problem solving initiativeAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAbility to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholdersFull computer literacy including extensive working knowledge of Microsoft ExcelAbout Us Servisource, part of the Cpl Group, is a leading provider of high quality and innovative recruitment, care, and support services, with over 20 years' experience across a number of sector specialities.
