Key Responsibilities: Support all service team members in day-to-day operations.
Assist in maintaining tools and special equipment, ensuring they are readily available and in good working order.
Help ensure the service department runs smoothly and efficiently.
Keep the workshop clean, tidy, and organised.
Work closely with technicians and service advisors to optimise workshop productivity.
Assist in managing workflow to help the team meet targets.
Promote high levels of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) through excellent service.
Prepare vehicles for handover to customers post-service, ensuring quality checks are complete.
Assist with test driving vehicles after repairs or service.
Organise waste disposal, including oil, oil filters, and brake fluid collections as required.
Support workflow for vehicle preparation, including car sales vehicles.
Maintain and uphold the safe working practices and standards of the dealership.
Candidate Requirements: Full, clean driver's license.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and ability to work well under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus but not essential.
