Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with technicians and service team members to optimise workflow and productivity in the workshop.
Provide outstanding customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for customers and keeping them informed throughout the service process.
Manage service bookings, schedule appointments, and organise workshop diaries efficiently.
Maintain and organise tools and special equipment to ensure availability and proper functionality.
Keep the workshop clean, organised, and operating to dealership standards.
Monitor and assist in preparing vehicles for handover to customers, ensuring all quality checks are completed.
Test drive vehicles, where necessary, to ensure repairs or services meet quality standards.
Organise waste disposal, including oil, filters, and brake fluid collection, in compliance with regulations.
Support workflow for vehicle preparation, including car sales vehicles.
Promote high levels of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) through clear communication and exceptional service delivery.
Candidate Requirements: Full, clean driver's license.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and ability to work under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus but not essential.
