Job OverviewThis role primarily exists to develop and grow the Net revenue, trading contribution and volume within the area of responsibility through customer business development, strategic planning, and customer relationship management, improving product availability, world-class in-market execution and implementation of Joint Business Planning (JBP).
Key Responsibilities Development of existing & new key customer groups (Convenience Retail groups)Delivery of great JBPs that deliver customer forecast revenue and marginal contributionDevelopment of an optimum range of new and core product listings in each accountAchievement of targets for budget on Revenue, volume, Trading Contribution (TC)Control of cost, pricing and trade spend and overheads in accounts of responsibilityDevelop key relationships with influencers within C&I Wholesale DivisionImplement process improvement that reduces cost to serve key customersDevelopment of cost-effective and insight-driven promotional plans in conjunction with Customer Trade Marketing and Insight teamIn conjunction with the customer operations team and customer logistics ensure that key customers receive the appropriate servicing levelsDevelop great team values and culture that improve performanceSuccess MetricsRetention and acquisition of business from retail groups.Strengthening of customer relations.Effective revenue and investment management.Achievement of new product development targets and successful execution.Driving key commercial accelerators.Delivery of specific Key Account initiatives.Requirements2 years + sales experience in FMCGKnowledge of the industry, products, channels and competitionDegree in a business-related area. (Desired but not required)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent relationship-building abilities
