You will need to have the ability to achieve company's revenue, margin, and investment targets sustainably, meet brand KPIs including NPD, distribution, promotional plans, and pricing, develop and manage annual customer Joint Business Plans, oversee account profitability, maintain accurate customer forecasts, and cultivate strong customer relationships. To be successful you will drive sales, margin, and investment targets for assigned customers while managing profitability and ensuring customer satisfaction through high service standards. You will monitor account performance, report issues promptly, and adjust strategies to meet goals. Key tasks include developing and managing promotional calendars and budgets, aligning with brand marketing strategies, and ensuring seamless market execution. The role also involves negotiating pricing strategies, submitting promotional proposals and new product data accurately, producing volume forecasts, optimizing category planograms, and staying updated on industry trends. You will foster a culture of innovation, responsiveness, and commercial acumen to enhance customer and profit outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with over three years of experience in key account management, a strong understanding of the FMCG market, and excellent financial and commercial acumen. They should possess exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, and be adept at managing change. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and business intelligence software, along with a business-related degree, is required.
