Key Account Manager We are currently looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, business professional, with an outstanding track record in Healthcare Supply Chain/Key Account Management to build on our market leadership position.
This position will require you to be able to work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment and meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within the business.
The Role You will be responsible for a portfolio of Allphar clients - working with the relevant Key Account Manager on day-to-day basis on client management and also as the conduit between the client and the internal business units.
You will be responsible for generating daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports and conducting regular business reviews both internally with key stakeholders and externally with clients.
You will be required to maintain a high level of service and look after clients/customers in all respects, including any operational issues that may arise.
We are looking for someone who has strong healthcare, reporting and IT knowledge with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and clients at one time.
The ideal candidate will have up to two years related experience with a focus on pharmaceutical product distribution, with Excel and Word skills.
Successful candidates must have a proven track record of working effectively in a rapidly changing environment to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain a strong relationship with assigned clients to ensure the client is confident and satisfied with the service the group provides.
Report on agreed operational metrics on a monthly/weekly basis to ensure delivery of required goals for each client.
Ensure adherence to metrics and service levels and drive corrective action as required.
Work with all functional areas to resolve any issues that may arise on behalf of clients Analyze and understand the client and their business, including future direction, business direction to add value both internally and externally.
Review and implement where feasible alternate solutions for current activities and be a catalyst for change to improve the customer experience.
Monitor Account profitability in line with annual targets.
Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships across all divisions and functions to ensure the successful end to end management of each client.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED Experience in Supply Chain Management or Key Account Management as part of a business role.
Capability of building strong and collaborative internal and supplier relationships Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Previous experience in strong report writing and presenting data.
