What You'll Do: Drive Growth: Promote and sell the product, ensuring it becomes the go-to choice for contraception.Strategize: Analyse and segment business opportunities to maximize ROI.Collaborate: Work closely with the National Sales Manager and a team of Key Account Managers to align business plans.Engage: Develop relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers to highlight the clinical benefits of the product.Innovate: Utilise marketing assets to drive digital engagement and establish our client as a trusted scientific partner in women's health.What We're Looking For: Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a track record of success.Strong strategic business planning and project management skills.Ability to develop innovative solutions and assess ROI.Excellent customer engagement and influencing skills.Enthusiasm, resilience, and a willingness to step out of your comfort zone.Knowledge of contraception and women's health is a plus.High self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking.Willingness to travel.Why join us?
