Key Accounts Assistant/Administrator THE COMPANY Our exciting, modern, and innovative approach has made us one of Ireland's largest Interior Fit-out specialists.
Due to our continued success and expansion, HYDE are looking for an experienced Key Accounts Assistant / Administrator Roles and Responsibilities include: Developing a complete understanding of key account needs Anticipating key account changes and improvements Managing communications between key clients and internal teams Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance Working with the HYDE Management team to support the administration required for the running of a busy fast-pace office.
Work with the Operations Department to ensure the efficient administration of our online inventory system, facilitating updates when needed.
Provide support to cross-functional teams if needed, including accounts assistance with invoicing and the processing of orders Assisting with our online social media channels.
Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong technical competencies across digital platforms.
Flexible attitude and forward thinking.
Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects while meeting established deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
