About The Role Key Responsibilities: Cleaning and Sanitizing: Ensure that all kitchen areas, including workstations, floors, and equipment, are kept clean and sanitized.
Dishwashing: Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently, ensuring they are ready for use.
Waste Management: Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Assisting with Deliveries: Help receive and organize kitchen supplies and food deliveries, ensuring proper storage.
Supporting the Kitchen Team: Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
Equipment Maintenance: Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
