Key responsibilitiesWork alongside the culinary team to maintain HACCP standards.Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times.Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations and pot-scrubbing stationWash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.To clean walls, floors, ceilings and fittings.To ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness of the Kitchen is maintained at all timesSupport the Restaurant and Kitchen Teams when required What's in it for you?Working with Gather & Gather has its perks!
