Job Opportunity: Construction/Horticulture Manager (Part-Time) Company: Knotweed Control Ireland Location: Initial training in Shankill; remote work possible thereafter Position Type: Part-Time Knotweed Control Ireland is seeking a motivated and organized Construction/Horticulture Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.

Wage: Based on experience.
Probation Period: 1 month, with the potential for extension to a part-time or full-time role for the successful candidate.
Training: Initial training will take place in Shankill, after which the role can be performed remotely if suitable.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Tasks: Drafting and preparing detailed reports.
Responding to emails and managing general administrative tasks.
Site Surveys (Following Training): Conducting invasive plant surveys on residential and proposed development sites.
Documenting findings accurately and preparing relevant reports.
Customer Engagement: Building professional relationships with clients.
Providing expert advice following surveys.
Collaboration: Working closely with management and team members to ensure high service standards.
Person Specification Experience in construction, horticulture, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using email and drafting detailed reports.
Self-motivated and organized, capable of working independently.
Willingness to learn and adapt to the technical aspects of invasive plant control.
Availability to attend initial training in Shankill.
