L2 It Support Technician (Contract)

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Level 2 IT Support Technician to work on-site at their offices in South Dublin.
This is a 2 week contract with the possible extension of a further 2 weeks.
Skillset Requirements: Handle incidents and service requests following the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
Resolve complex technical issues for a diverse range of users, including staff, board members, contractors, and partners, ensuring a clear resolution.
Ability to convert technical information into a non-technical language.
Collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrating excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to escalate issues appropriately for timely resolution.
Organise and manage workloads efficiently, ensuring that all tasks are completed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Oversee the lifecycle of each service request, providing escalation support to the 1st line team when necessary.
Contribute to the development, updating, and implementation of best practices for IT service management.
Key Technologies: Microsoft Office 365 Microsoft SharePoint 2016 / SharePoint Online Microsoft SQL Server Web Server Environments Windows 10 / 11 Operating Systems Mobile Device Management, including Android Mobile OS configuration Selection Criteria: Candidates must hold an EU passport or Stamp 4 Visa.
Proficiency in English is required, with candidates needing either native fluency or a CEFR Level C2 certification in English proficiency, or equivalent.
