We are on the hunt for an energetic, passionate, and dynamic Sales Manager to represent an iconic global pastry brand in Ireland. Working directly with the La Rousse Foods regional sales teams, you will plan and conduct daily customer visits, showcasing the La Rose Noire product range through a series of product tastings and presentations. As a customer-facing role, you will provide a high level of service to both the sales force and customers. In collaboration with the marketing team, you will also coordinate new product launch events, bringing the newest innovations in pastry and desserts onto the market. The ability to work without supervision in a fast-paced environment, where time management, prioritizing, and organizational skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for developing plans and executing presentations which support both short and long-term sales and marketing strategies.Collaborate and educate the sales team to ensure the brand remains relevant to customers and that they are then qualified to further demonstrate the lines of product independently.Analyze and track consumer trends and information to help identify product categories to introduce as future sources of growth enhancing the brand's equity and marketplace performance.Create and execute the sales strategies and marketing plans for the brand, including managing both the existing product portfolio and new product launches.Execute new product launches and report on success rates.Be the most knowledgeable resource in the company as it relates to the brand and champion the brand throughout the organization, with partners and customers.Provide LRN and Management daily reporting of project statuses and updates.Ability to present product range to customers.Outgoing, energetic individual, with a passion for food.La Rousse Foods specializes in the supply of fine foods to premium food establishments since 1992.
