Lab Analyst

R.T. Lane Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Lab Analyst to work with a pharmaceutical company based in Co. Tipperary.
This is an 11-month contract with strong potential for extension.
**Please note that candidates must hold the correct working visa for Ireland as my client cannot offer visa assistance** Essential Criteria: Must have a minimum of a BSc in Chemistry or related discipline.
Must have Laboratory experience.
Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for testing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, Intermediates and Raw Materials in accordance with approved procedures.
Duties include testing associated with reaction monitoring, yield checking, cleaning validation on the plant, stability studies of APIs and the development and validation and transfer of analytical methods for the testing laboratories.
Maintain good housekeeping and hygiene within the laboratory.
Responsibilities also include the maintenance of quality systems in the laboratory including documentation, instrument qualification, calibration and other activities associated with laboratory operations in cGMP environment.
Implementation of procedures in accordance with company standards and qualities.
Successful candidate will receive direction and support.
