Lambing Assistant

Lambing Assistant required for Spring 2025.
Candidate must be competent in animal Husbandry- assisting ewes in lambing, reviving and feeding lambs with colostrum.
Feeding ewes pre and post lambing with meal and hay.
Must be competent in handling sheep and clearly identifying ewes and there lambs, marking them and moving the sheep.
Must be able to foster excessive lambs onto new mothers and also able to feed any additional lambs.
This is an opportunity to get hands on experience in a busy 1200 ewe farm with excellent handling facilities.
