Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Lead ACAM Engineer – Technical Services to join Europe's Largest Airline Group!

The Role: Ensure timely closure of ACAM inspections, meeting IAA requirements.Collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventative actions for ARC, SAFA/SACA, and ACAM findings, addressing root causes to prevent recurrence.Work closely with Part-145 and Part-CAMO teams to improve processes and avoid regulatory findings.Manage and distribute aircraft technical data, ensuring updated technical documentation availability via Airbus World and My Boeing Fleet.Liaise with Flight Ops to oversee Ryanair Group AOC's MEL administration.Perform trend analysis, corrective action implementation, and classification of ARC and other regulatory findings.Support IT system development and enhancements for ACAM and CAMO processes to improve compliance tracking, reporting, and technical data management.Deputise in the absence of ACAM Manager.Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Requirements3-5 years' experience within a similar role in an airline.Experience reviewing audit findings and determining root cause.Ability to implement changes to practices and procedures.Strong project management and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure.Experience in IT Development or Projects – Not required but advantageous.Benefits: Discounted and unlimited travel to over 250 destinations.Defined Contribution Pension Scheme.Death in Service Benefit – Up to 2 times of annual basic salary.20 Days Annual Leave – Increasing to 22 days after 12 months and 25 days after 3 years of continuous service.Option for up to 5 additional unpaid leave days per year.
