Arcadis DPS Group has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, passionate, and ambitious individual to work as Lead Architect in our Advanced Technology Group's  (ATG) Global Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPCM) Process Department, based out of our European ATG Group Headquarters.

Job Description: Lead Architect or Senior Architectural for Designer for our  EPCM team  in Citywest, Co Dublin. 

We are looking for a Lead Architect or Senior Architectural Designer with expertise in Semiconductor or Pharmaceuticals to join our team in Dublin/Kildare. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and managing large-scale projects in these industries, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:



– Lead and manage the architectural design process from conception to completion



– Develop project plans and budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget



– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are met



– Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members



– Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations



– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and integrate this knowledge into designs

Requirements:



– Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field



– 10+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on Semiconductor or Pharmaceuticals



– Excellent leadership and communication skills



– Strong project management skills



– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software



– Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes



– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
