Lead Mechanical/HVAC Engineer Our client, a prominent EPCM company is currently seeking a Lead Mechanical/HVAC Engineers for an, initially 12 Month contract, with the following

Responsibilities – Completion of all HVAC and Mechanical deliverables, specifications, drawings and technical requisitions within strenuous quality and safety criteria

– Leading and assisting the HVAC and Mechanical Engineering team

– Interfacing with clients, vendors, project management and other disciplines ensuring the highest level of service is provided

– Provide support to the Business Development department in the preparation and presentation of proposals

Requirements – Primary degree in Building Services, Energy, or Mechanical Engineering (Level 8), and either working towards or already having gained chartered status.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in:

– HVAC systems and utilities systems design within Pharmaceutical and/or Semiconductor industries, particularly in a lead capacity encompassing various systems such as cleanrooms,

– AHU's, chilled water, glycol systems, steam systems, hot water systems, cooling water systems, and compressed air systems.

– Additionally, expertise in mechanical plant specification, risk assessments, safety, constructability reviews, and preparation of tender and construction packages is desired.
