Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Process Designer (BIM) to join our team in Dublin, focusing on EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) projects within the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading international (Global Excellence Centers) teams in the BIM design processes, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies to ensure efficient and accurate project CAD execution.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the international process design teams for semiconductor EPCM projects.Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows to enhance project efficiency.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate process designs with other project elements.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers.Review and approve design documentation and deliverables.Conduct regular design reviews and quality checks.Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Skills and Qualifications: Diploma degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Extensive experience in process design within international experience.Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.Strong understanding of EPCM project lifecycle and methodologies.Excellent leadership and international team management skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Other Location: Citywest/Leixlip/Hybrid Working
