Lead QA Automation Engineer – 12 month FTC Type of Employment: Fixed Term (1 year)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Need to be in the office: 3 days per week

Location: Cork, Ireland

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Lead to join our team for a fixed term of one year. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation and manual testing, with strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities: Developing and implementing test plans & test cases. Performing manual testing. Implementing QA process and methodologies. Retail or Online Store background. Good team and people skills. Excellent oral/written communication skills. Able to host status meetings and ad hoc working sessions. Able to work independently under pressure and comfortable in a dynamic environment. Able to work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver a project. Able to collaborate with business partners, developers, and various support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues. Required Skills and Experience: Experience with Selenium and API: 5-10 years. Java: 5-10 years. Application Testing: 5-10 years. Testing: 5-10 years. Apps Testing: 2-5 years. Management: 5-10 years. Automation: 5-10 years. UI Automation: 2-5 years. SAP: 2-5 years. Communication: 10+ years. Preferred Skills: Writing: 2-5 years. Material Documentation: 2-5 years. Project Management: 5-10 years. Comfortable leading teams and performing both manual and automation work.
