What You'll Do:Strategize and Plan: Set objectives and drive digital strategy for over 15 social media accounts.Content Creation: Oversee the creation and publishing of high-quality, authentic content across all channels.Analyze and Report: Track campaign performance, provide monthly reports on ROI, and optimize strategies.Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure our brands' visions are consistently upheld.Lead and Manage: Supervise a team of social media content creators, manage social media accounts for the sales team, and capture and attend exclusive events for our prestigious global brands.Innovate: Implement a content editorial calendar, amplify content through social advertising, and use the latest tools for content management.Engage: Foster brand awareness, manage online reputation, and ensure a consistent publishing schedule.What You'll Need:4+ years of experience in social media and/or digital marketingConfidence in front of the camera for video and social media channelsStrong graphic design, videography, and camera skillsProficiency in video editing using software such as Capcut.Expertise in Meta & TikTok Business Manager and familiarity with Google AnalyticsA strategic mindset for developing impactful social media strategiesPrevious experience in leading and managing a teamExcellent understanding of TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practicesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience with online monitoring and measurement platformsPreferred but not essential: experience in the hair & beauty industryLocation: NBD HQ, Blarney, Co.
