As Lead, Technical Program Manager, you will drive programs within the Lead to Cash & Post-sales ecosystem. Typical activities will be requirements gathering, planning, designing, and driving the success of programs that tackle current and future needs of the business. As a player/coach, you will lead two to three of our systems TPMs, ensuring we are following the best practices, and delivering as a cohesive team. You'll work with stakeholders across the company, in order to drive the business process systems strategy, road maps, requirements, and delivery.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed5+ years of experience and being adept at technical leading cross-organizational and multi-workstream programs5+ years leading technical program managers, working across engineering, product management, business stakeholders, and operationsExperience working in Lead to Cash ecosystems, preferably with business systems.
