Lean Manufacturing Specialist in Dublin 24 Cpl are working as the exclusive recruitment partner to support one of our legacy client partners in sourcing and recruiting a Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement or Process Excellence Specialist for their manufacturing site in Dublin 24.

Reporting directly to the site General Manager and collaborating with numerous stakeholders across the site, this is a full-time permanent job opportunity to join a legacy brand and global leader in the Chemicals and Adhesives industry.
Key Responsibilities Develop a portfolio of projects to deliver on waste reduction and simplification targets.Lead the fostering and development of the Lean culture as the site Lean Manager.Focus on leading continuous improvement initiatives across production, quality, and operations.Take the lead role in CI projects and facilitate the setup of cross-functional groups and teams.Implement waste removal projects across both Bulk production and Fill/Pack production areas.Coach and mentor Green belt projects supporting the waste project initiative.Report on the status of waste reduction programs and deliver regular updates to the Senior leadership team.Work with key operations personnel and multiple stakeholders to understand processes, perform deep dives to identify root causes for losses, and implement measures to reduce waste across the manufacturing value stream.Identify, scope, and deliver projects focusing on waste reduction and mentor associated green belt projects to improve OEE, Yield, and plant output.Follow a structured improvement project methodology, perform data analysis, and collaborate with team members on the production floor and stakeholders, including the site leadership team.The ideal candidate will have the following: Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black belt certification.Third level qualification in a Scientific or Engineering discipline.At least 5 years of proven experience leading continuous improvement projects in Electronic, GMP, or other regulated industries.A deep understanding of LEAN concepts and continuous improvement principles (e.g., 5S, SMED, OEE, Just in Time, Tact principle, Six Sigma, etc.)
