Description Job title: Lean OpEx Project Manager (Agile Champion )Location: IRL - BrayWe are looking for a person to join the Agile (Lean/OpEx) team and play a key role in implementing measurable improvements across our Value Stream and Support FunctionsKey ResponsibilitiesIdentify improvement opportunities in Value Stream and Support functionsDeliver step change projects across the site using lean/six sigma principlesEnsure execution of Lean/OpEx projects on time and in fullEnsure industry standard Lean & OpEx methods and techniques are deployed in all improvement initiativesWork with Business Excellence and Agile/OpEx Leads and other stakeholders to agree priority initiativesCollaboration: Collaborate with all departments in Value Stream and Support functions across the siteCollaborate with wider Global Agile community in training, knowledge-sharing meetings and Communities of Practice Coaching:Be an ambassador for OpEx principles and methods across the site as requiredHelp ensure OpEx methods are adapted to easily understandable and implementable formats within all areas on siteProvide support and coaching to team members in value stream and support functions.
