Learning & Development LMS Administrator - 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract This is an exciting opportunity for someone to grow and develop their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our internal LMS (Learning Management System) as well as general L&D administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities General L&D administrative tasks Coordinating logistics for delivery of firmwide training both in-person and online Responding to mailbox queries in a timely manner; providing an excellent service to all key stakeholders Creates, revises, and modifies learning activities in the LMS including: Lesson, course and programme creation, Audience and Campaign management Training attendance management standard reporting. Training assignment Upload content Basic content or exam development in Articulate Storyline Respond to staff queries regarding LMS Learning profiles Upskills users on LMS through training Reporting of firm and Service Line training completion Skills and Experience 3rd level Degree qualified in HR or a related field 2+ years' experience in a similar role LMS experience preferable Excellent ability in all Microsoft applications Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (both written and oral) Superior analytical skills Strong Interpersonal and Stakeholder Management skills Highly organised and efficient, with the ability to handle multiple tasks with tight overlapping deadlines Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to changing priorities Creative thinker with the ability to work on their own initiative and problem solve Life at GT Reward and benefits: Our reward and benefits are designed to create an environment where our people can flourish.
