Summary of Role We are actively seeking candidates for two new positions in our Learning and Development Team.
As the company grows, we are evolving the role and responsibilities of the L&D Facilitator, with a focus on empowering our store team members to provide the best customer experience possible.
Through practical experiences, tailored workshops, one-to-one coaching, and mentoring in-stores, we aim to enhance knowledgeable and personable customer consultations while ensuring adherence to the safe selling guide and holistic approach.
The successful applicant's weekly schedule would include two days in-store, one day in the office, and two days working remotely, in addition to being available to work one weekend day per month, allowing us to meet the essential training needs required by our weekend team members.
You should have access to your own car, for which a mileage allowance will be provided, and be prepared to stay away from home when required while traveling to stores nationwide.
Role Responsibilities Traveling to store locations nationwide, generally 2 days per week, providing coaching and mentoring to support product knowledge and customer experience.Possess an in-depth knowledge of health and wellness, particularly in nutrition, attending occasional seminars and workshops to further develop skills and knowledge relevant to the role.Relevant qualification in a related complementary medicine field (Nutritional studies, Herbal Medicine, Naturopathy etc.)
is advantageous.Developing and delivering training activities both in-person and virtually.Facilitate engaging workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to individual and store team needs.Conduct hands-on demonstrations to enhance learning and practical application.Work closely with store managers to identify training priorities and tailor programs to meet local needs.Act as a mentor for team members, providing guidance, motivation, and constructive feedback.Support team members in building confidence and expertise using the holistic approach and safe selling guide.Technical ability to utilize LMS, MS suite, Canva, and other training platforms efficiently.Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to facilitate a range of training supports.Carry out administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of training initiatives.Ensure a culture of excellent customer experience is maintained.Drive a culture of continuous improvement amongst the teams.Provide learning and development support for new store openings, including pre- and post-launch activities.
