Are you our next Administrator to join the KPMG Business School team, which is our Learning and Development team at KPMG?
Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model. Grade: Assistant Contract type: Permanent A snapshot of your peer group: Diploma or degree in a business or education related discipline.The ideal candidate should have strong (3 years) administration experience preferably gained through working within a large organisation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated use of MS applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is critical to this role.Strong administration skills, highly organised, able to manage multiple projects, and detail-oriented.Ability to work on own initiative - proactive, driven, and enthusiastic.Strong interpersonal skills - ability to be flexible and work collaboratively in a team environment.Maintains a consistently calm and focused manner even when under pressure.Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect: Coordinating and supporting presenters/facilitators and providing them with timely feedback.Managing the logistics and administration of running programmes:Booking/confirming venues/catering or Online Learning Platform links as applicable.Liaising with SMEs and presenters to assist with the preparation of course materials.Organising video conferencing where applicable.Setting up, opening, and closing classroom-based courses.Producing courses on Online Learning Platform (introducing presenters, recording, organising breakouts, bringing in polls, etc.).Ensuring training records are accurately maintained using our Learning Management System.Evaluating our development programmes and producing reports on training activity for the firm.Providing feedback to the appropriate management groups on the collective and individual performance of participants on training courses.Working with the Business School team on key learning initiatives and projects.Here's how KPMG can benefit more than just your career: All of our employees are given a benefits package which they can tailor to suit their individual preferences.
