The COE team plays a crucial role in facilitating the adoption of IT technology, including Cloud, Generative AI, and engineering excellence, through engaging design and implementation.We are seeking a Learning Program Specialist to help drive a successful global adaptation.
In this role, you will be responsible for customizing programs to meet the specific needs of Business Units and regions, ensuring alignment with their requirements.
Additionally, you will analyze data to optimize program completion and success.

This role will report to the Global Leader for the Technology Readiness and Learning Centre of Expertise (COE).We will count on you to:Manage and influence senior stakeholders in a global community to make business decisions and manage external vendor, including contracting, execution, program feedback, etc.Design, develop, deliver learning program, and maintain curriculum and assessment.
Create engaging learning activities that enhance retention and knowledge transfer.Plan, execute, and manage the learning program delivery and measurement.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.A lifelong learner with an appetite for deepening your information technology knowledge, introducing change, and a team player.What makes you stand out: Bachelor's degree with solid working experience in corporate training.Expert in Workday or other Learning Management System (LMS) admin.Familiar with Articulate 360 Suite and/or Adobe Suite for developing digital learning courses (Optional).
