Abrivia are currently recruiting for a highly organised and motivated Legal Administrator to join their client. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced legal environment, providing vital support to Fee Earners and the Operations team. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills further while contributing to the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to Fee Earners.Perform audio typing, document formatting, and editing of correspondence and other materials.Prepare legal briefs, reports, and documents.Draft letters, including demand letters, and follow up with third parties where required.Handle billing administration, including generating invoices, credit notes, and producing time reports.Oversee printing, scanning, and document management, including email handling and use of integrated applications for central system management, file sharing, and PDF editing.Conduct ongoing file management, including the opening and archiving of electronic and paper-based files.Provide reception cover at lunch and break time.Ensure all office and reception procedures are followed on a daily basis.Work closely with the Operations Manager to foster a solution-focused, engaging, and supportive work environment.Perform ad-hoc duties as required.Skills and Experience Required: Minimum 2 years' experience from a busy legal environment.Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.A proactive, professional attitude with strong communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and Case management systems.Experience with dictation and transcription.Enthusiastic, motivated, and solution-driven with a positive attitude.Able to work independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented approach.Job Information: Job Reference: BBBH13465_1727713142
